In our quest to evolve our hiring strategy across our marketing and analytics functions, we have created a new opportunity for someone to join our team and actively support with analyst, product and design recruitment.

What you’ll do:

  • Support in the development of the hiring strategy for current and future talent across our Marketing, Product and Analyst functions

  • Map out and source diverse talent for both immediate demand and future pipelining across both our London & Nottingham office

  • Source and screen/qualify potential candidates

  • Have informative conversations with potential candidates about life at Capital One and provide good insight into the role you’re sourcing for

  • Have the ability and confidence to give immediate feedback to candidates who may not be suitable for a role you’re discussing

  • Provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for candidates and hiring managers

  • We’re a collaborative bunch, so you’ll be able to contribute at team meetings, generating new ideas or discussing opportunities

  • Keep in the loop with wider business imperatives and goals, absorbing this information to give you a deeper understanding of Capital One’s mission

  • Capital One isn’t the corporate environment you’d imagine a bank to be, however, you’ll still maintain a professional manner and outlook at all times, mindful that we are external facing and must adhere to external brand and marketing guidelines

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience of sourcing for analyst talent

  • Experience using varied recruitment strategies

  • The ability to communicate and influence effectively and with confidence is key. You’ll need to be comfortable picking up the phone and speaking with candidates and hiring managers

  • Maintaining high standards of written communication is essential; being clear, concise and accurate when messaging candidates

  • You’ll be highly organised, with a natural sense of urgency and a keen eye for detail

  • Talent Acquisition can be a fast-paced and overwhelming environment, the ability to stay calm and maintain a high standard of work is essential
