We have small company agility with big company resources.
Our UK Cyber engineering team is part of a bigger US Cyber enterprise which is constantly evolving and developing. We leverage this US scale – the latest kit, tools, technologies – and apply it to our smaller footprint. This offers up massive opportunities for us and has definitely helped shape me into the cyber professional I am today.
We actively adopt new tech to solve old problems in new ways.
Cyber is an exciting industry. Cyber threats move fast so our tech, tools and capabilities need to move faster. As a cyber engineer, I’m building capabilities that allow our business and cyber functions to go deep on providing protection to our customers – through logging platforms, intrusion detection systems or web app firewalls, to name a few.
We aim to be both Open Source and Cloud-first.
Although we’re a bank in a highly regulated industry, we aim to be both Cloud and Open Source first when it comes to solutions. Where we can, we offer out these solutions to the community, like we’ve done with Cloud Custodian and Hygieia.
