Job Title: Salesforce Engineering Manager
Location:Nottingham - Hybrid
Working Pattern:3 days in-office (Tuesday-Thursday) and 2 days remote.

Salesforce Service Cloud Platform, designing, developing, and integrating enterprise software features
CI/CD solutions at scale, enhancing delivery pipelines and automation to solve enterprise-level challenges
High availability systems, maintaining platform service, proactive incident response, and permanent problem resolution
Reusable patterns & standards, ensuring owned solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and highly reliable
Certifications in Salesforce AdministrationandSalesforce Platform Developer 1areessential. AcertificationinSalesforce Application Architectureisdesirable.

You have demonstrable experience in leading, coaching, and supporting an engineering team to achieve business and personal goals
You possess empathy and a deep understandingof the day-to-day technical and delivery challenges developers face
You are comfortable striking technical trade-offs between short-term delivery needs and long-term strategic business goals
You are passionate about recruiting, nurturing, and developing exceptional engineering talent
You advocate for inner-sourcing and cross-engineering collaboration to maximise shared learnings and reduce waste
You enjoy identifying value-based intent to deliver on defined outcome team objectives and product roadmaps
You thrive when solving real-world problems in a complex, regulated environment
You enjoy hybrid working, with Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in our bright offices
Where and how you'll work
This is a permanent position based in our Nottingham office.
We embrace a hybrid approach to work. You'll spend three days a week in the office (Tuesday-Thursday), with Monday and Friday being dedicated work-from-home days.
