You’ll be responsible for recruiting high volumes of candidates for our Customer Facing Teams in Operations (Fraud, Collection and Complaints).

What you’ll do

  • Work closely with the business to understand recruitment needs across our Customer Facing teams, post adverts, screen CV’s, conduct telephone screening calls and schedule assessment days

  • Proactively source candidates for key priority areas of immediate demand

  • Plan and manage your time effectively to screen a high volume of potential candidates to progress to interview

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs to be able to recruit effectively for their hiring requirements

  • Identify new channels and methods to attract talent to Capital One

  • Have great conversations with potential candidates about life at Capital One and provide good insight into the role you’re recruiting for

  • Make offers to successful candidates and provide balanced feedback to unsuccessful candidates

  • At times, there may be a requirement to support with hiring for other business areas, depending on demand

What we’re looking for

  • Highly organised, with a natural sense of urgency as we like to respond to candidates and Hiring Managers as quickly as possible

  • Manage multiple priorities and track progress by recording accurate data

  • The ability to communicate effectively and with confidence is key as you will be the face of Capital One to candidates

  • You’ll need to be comfortable picking up the phone and speaking with candidates and hiring managers

  • Great attention to detail

  • We’re a collaborative bunch, so you’ll need to contribute at team meetings, generating new ideas or discussing opportunities

Where and how you'll work

This position will be based in our Nottingham offices.

We have a hybrid working model which gives you flexibility to work from our offices and from home.

We’re big on collaboration and connection, so you’ll be based in our Nottingham office 3 days a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

  • Open-plan workspaces and accessible facilities designed to inspire and support you. Our Nottingham head-office has a fully-serviced gym, subsidised restaurant, mindfulness and music rooms. In London, you can heighten your mood with a run on our rooftop running track or an espresso at the Workshop Coffee café
