Resource Capacity Process Analyst

Join our collaborative Strategy, Insight, and Governance team as a Resource Capacity Process Analyst. You'll be a key player in ensuring our tech investments are backed by the right talent and skills. Working closely with tech and delivery leaders, you'll help manage our personnel and resources efficiently, allowing us to hit our business goals.
Your main challenge will be to transform our current manual processes into smarter, automated systems. This role requires you to balance changing priorities and collaborate with a wide range of teams, from engineers to finance and project management staff.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain our resource management framework. You'll move us from manual tasks to automated systems, improving everything from data extraction to service delivery.
- Dive into complex data to produce clear, meaningful reports and dashboards.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), forecast resource needs, and provide the insights needed for key decisions.
- Manage the flow of resource requests, act as the go-to expert for our resource planning tool, and provide administrative support for recruitment and budget alignment.
What we’re looking for
- Strong excel/sheets skills.
- Strong analytical mindset, a high level of numerical ability which enables you to quickly spot trends and opportunities in raw data.
- Basic resource capacity planning knowledge.
- Experience with Risk & Controls Management.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with a variety stakeholders.
- Strong decision making abilities, you must be able to bring a healthy, balanced approach to business with a strong customer focus.
- Experience in SQL and/or data analysis is preferable but not essential if a desire to learn is there.
Where and how you'll work
This is a permanent position based in our Nottingham office.
We have a hybrid working model which gives you flexibility to work from our offices and from home.
We’re big on collaboration and connection, so you’ll be based in our Nottingham office 3 days a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
